[QCE] = "Quality Compression Experiment"
This is a 1-man operation that is just for fun, trying out x264 AAC 720p re-encodes at small file sizes for those with bandwidth limits. The goal is to be one of the smallest file sizes but maintain quality levels decent enough that an average viewer won't notice. Feel free to compare it with another 720p and let me know what you think

This is some quality information regarding using DDL as torrent, i never know such method existed.
I used to download small sized anime because of internet constraint, but not anymore.
I hope someone would test this and give the feedback here.
@havis23 Yeah, not many people know about it. Not all website DDL's work either. Since I'm focused on people with very slow speeds and/or monthly data caps, it's something I thought I'd include to help people out when my torrents get low on seeders
