Information

In Ikkitousen, the Kanto region of Japan is locked in the middle of a turf war between seven different high schools. Among the students of these schools are a select few who are in possession of sacred beads. These magatama harbor the souls of warriors who fought during the Three Kingdoms Era of Chinese history. Not only are these students blessed with abilities that draw from the souls they are tied to, but they are also blessed, or maybe cursed, with the fates of these warriors from the past.
One of these students is Hakufu Sonsaku; a young, caring, dim-witted girl who has recently transferred into Nanyo Academy and will be living with her cousin, Koukin Shuyu. Hakufu’s arrival creates an almost immediate sense of tension due to her power as a fighter and the possibility that she may be the one who carries the spirit of the Chinese warlord, Sun Ce. The most powerful fighters at Nanyo, known as “The Big Four” are shaken by her presence and determined to stop Hakufu from achieving the goal given to her by her mother: to conquer those who challenge her and unite the seven schools.

Hakufu S2 dub voice better than original dub voice. Your opinion is invalid.
Call me when Funi gets off their lazy asses and dubs the last two OVAs.

@XDarkworldX The first three seasons, as well as the last two OVAs, are just ripped from the DVDs with some minor font-correction. The fourth is Seto_Otaku-Shimeki, and the fifth is SubDESU.

For some reason, I have seen this share before. Was this a rerelease?

@Android21isBae good, it keeps those twitter twats and puritans away from this series so i'm glad it was never re-released honestly.

I prefer x265 10bit ones, but this is the only 1080p version to be found anywhere. Really appreciate you putting together the entire collection in one place. Many thanks!

@Android21isBae: What do you mean? Do you mean x265 encodes? I believe this is the entire collection sourced from BDs.

@BigMoo: A remux has the same quality as the untouched source and is not encoded. For example: Ikkitousen Western Wolves episodes 1 & 3 here are 1.3 GB and episode 2 is 1.2 GB, but when remuxed from the BDs they're about 3.5 GB and 3.8 GB respectively.

As of now this is the best collection of Ikkitousen on the site, especially since some other collections have sharp filters on their episodes (for some reason), but I personally prefer to have all the episodes remuxed.

Thanks to the new season they got off their butts and just dropped the Extravaganza Epoch OVA's, Good chance for western wolves now too.

Seems to be a large sub error on S1 EP3 at 20:21 - 20:40. Everything gets jumbled into one big wall of text.

@Android21isBae Purist acting like they don't know why people use filters to make video look better. lol

As for me; I personally like アニメ BD's so I'm working on a non-PGS remux of it (It also suffers from the same error I mentioned above, seems AO and アニメ BD both got their subs from the same place and didn't check it first).

Wonder if someone will actually try to do some consistent subs for this release someday; it's just all over the place.

@Gogetters: There are many cases where the filters looks like shit and actually ruins the quality. I don't need a brightened or sharpened version when I can do that myself.
