Your comparison uses two different frames to compare source to the encode. You should use the same frames for both source and encode.

If English isn't your native language you could improve the subs with typeset or better timing. Funimation's subtitle timing is really bad.
You can fix the timing fairly easy with Prass (search "python prass") and maybe do some manual corrections after that. That's what I am doing for Funimation shows at least.

I want just to share my encoding version in order to propose at least a better video than the source (Funi/CR)
So about subs, yes I don't really care about it because I think or I guess there are groups made on purpose to redo English subs.
If I can, I will try at least to fix timing subs next time thanks to your advice. So thx ^^
