[QCE] = "Quality Compression Experiment"
This is a 1-man operation that is just for fun, trying out x264 AAC 720p re-encodes at small file sizes for those with bandwidth limits. The goal is to be one of the smallest file sizes but maintain quality levels decent enough that an average viewer won't notice. Feel free to compare it with another 720p and let me know what you think

@Cheikhatou Yeah I saw your messages on my other episodes, and I responded to you in the comments for Episode 10. I said I don't mind doing 1 or 2 but you requested like 6 episodes and I don't have any of the files anymore
