[QCE] = "Quality Compression Experiment"
This is a 1-man operation that is just for fun, trying out x264 AAC 720p re-encodes at small file sizes for those with bandwidth limits. The goal is to be one of the smallest file sizes but maintain quality levels decent enough that an average viewer won't notice. Feel free to compare it with another 720p and let me know what you think

I dont know who is better , but seems peaples like subsplease so I wish you use it.
Will you do 1080 in the future or will u stick with 720?
@Cheikhatou I'll only be doing 720p, because the main purpose is to make smaller files, and 1080p files would just take longer to download. I'm just one person with crappy internet so I can't do what other groups are doing (like paying for seedboxes and uploading many different file sizes)
