I think sound quality from official tencent youtube slightly better than WeTV, they use opus codec and have more bitrate. I also check other eps with spek, eps 07 sound has lower spectrum than usual episode, youtube eps also the same.
I agree, the video quality is so so, it would be nice if they add more bitrate and/or use AV1 codec like tencent youtube eps.

Yeah, it's reencoded with hardsubs so it doesn't matter even if it's 3gb per episode.
