1080p encode with some properly QCed subs and a little bit of typesetting. "Senpai" and "kouhai" remain untranslated for weeaboo flavor reasons. The song TL is possibly very wrong but it's not like you're going to read it anyway; I might or might not bother doing song TLs for the other endings.
