This is a 1-man operation that is just for fun, trying out x264 720p re-encodes at small file sizes for those with bandwidth limits. The goal is to be one of the smallest file sizes but still maintain quality levels decent enough for an average viewer to not notice a difference. If you have spare bandwidth, maybe compare it with another 720p mini-encode or even straight up against the source and let me know what you think

*NOTE: Following my Akudama Drive encode, I dropped the OP/ED this time to reduce file size even more since I always skip it when watching anyway. I will most likely continue doing this going forward unless there's a new OP/ED, since the main focus of this is to reduce file size for those with bandwidth limits
