May I ask, what program do you use for encoding, and what presets did you use for this series?
I'd like to re-encode some shows, but besides some simple ripping with handbrake, I don't know very much about it.

Ffmpeg + vapoursynth. Not easy as handbrake unfortunately. If you want to learn i suggest to find some guides about ffmpeg hevc encoding first.
