This is [Kametsu]'s release as-is. Just noticed it wasn't on Nyaa nor AnimeBytes so figured I'd share it.
I believe it's mawen1250's video encode with Nyanko's (joint between Kaylith and EveTaku) subtitles. TS was freshly done by Pikanet128 at Kametsu as Coalgirls had butchered and broke it.

Didn't this have some v2 corrections and wasn't fully finished? Might be why it wasn't released. Hard to go back and find the discussion since the old forums were purged. :(
