This is a 1-man operation that is just for fun, trying out x264 720p re-encodes at small file sizes for those with bandwidth limits. The goal is to be one of the smallest file sizes but still maintain quality levels decent enough for an average viewer to not notice a difference. If you have spare bandwidth, maybe compare it with another 720p mini-encode or even straight up against the source and let me know what you think

*NOTE: Akudama Drive has a lot going on, which makes it hard to reduce file size without reducing quality. So, I dropped the OP/ED this time since I always skip it when watching. Let me know if I should continue dropping the OP/ED
