Seasmoke's note about Specials' subs: shifted [Sigh] EP 1 opening cards to the rest of the episodes, since they didn't stick to one and changed stuff midway. Resampled to 1080p and fixed unsynced TS.
Seasmoke's note about OVA's subs: resampled to 1080p, reduced borders to 3.5px and shifted [Hmph] ED styling, since [roshamboobs] looked worse and didn't include romaji lyrics.

hey judas...like the work and appreciate the time uploading, but gotta ask why not do a dual audio or something. no offense but with shows like these subtitles tend to block the goods if ya get my drift not to mention japanese as well as german and russian doesnt sound or translate well with certain situations due to their dialect sounds so angry in calm situations considering being multi lingual i prefer english. though i still cant stand colonel being pronounced kernel...pisses me off but thats another story lol
