It's like they threw more money at the bath scenes in the specials than the action scenes in some of the episodes.

Giving this show watchable BDs with a low-effort release.
Honestly just go read the LN edited by DxS at JNC instead of watching this. Or better yet, skip this series and go read the Arifureta Zero manga translated by Katrina Leonoudakis. Arifureta Zero is actually pretty good.

Video is descaled with some denoising and debanding.

Arifureta Zero vol. 1 (LN) was worth reading, at least. Actually, vol 1 of the main series was fun to read too despite being the trashiest thing I'd ever seen.
