@Leviathan13 I stopped doing that for TV-rip releases. It takes time I better spend for something like patreon support and/or real life.

it doesn't take much time at all, and i don't think you deserve any patreon support if you're not willing to put this minimal amount of effort

chapters take like five minutes at most, why not put in that little bit of extra effort if you're already doing a bunch of typesetting and whatever else?

Chapters are one of the most low-effort improvements to a release which actually makes a difference. Being able to quickly skip an OP you don't like, or jumping to the OP or ED on a series you already watched because you want to watch just that part is very helpful.
I think that we more than ever needs a simple checklist for evaluating releases, with fan-subbing being dead and low-effort releases everywhere. Stuff like 'is the OP/ED translated', 'are signs typeset', 'contains chapters', etc. I have no idea what this release offers, and a simple rating system might actually encourage people to put a little bit more effort into it.
