[QCE] = Quality Compression Experiment
[Erai-raws] 720p version with eng subs used as source
This is a 1-man operation that is just for fun, trying out x264 720p re-encodes at small file sizes for those with bandwidth limits. The goal is to be one of the smallest file sizes but still maintain an acceptable size:quality ratio
If you have the spare bandwidth, maybe compare it with another mini-encode or even straight up against Erai's 720p and let me know what you think
I will not be doing x265 encodes because I do not have enough expertise with it and many others are already doing it

Aren't there like, four other groups doing exactly the same thing or are you uploading on different group tags each time? I'm genuinely curious.
^ Who cares? Flooding is only a concern for people who don't know how to automate their downloads.

@usagiaddict ever heard of human intervention/review editing . It is a very old concept that was in place before automation . Anyway , as this is the start of the current season some human review should be done to find out which upload is most suited to your requirements and firm choices made ongoing for the whole season .
@Father_Snrub ah yes, the very old concept of people doing people thing, never heard of it before as it never ever happened in human history. I wish you could answer my question instead of buzzwording around "I am aware there is two or three crunchy scrappers and twice as many re-encoders but here is mine (made by me)"
I can't speak for the other groups that are doing mini-encodes, but like I said in my description, I'm just a 1-man operation doing this for fun. AFAIK I'm the only one doing x264 stuff under 200mb. I think most other groups are doing x265
