The DDL Link is not available. Also, there is a weird glitch in episode 37 that starts around 01:30. I don't know if other episodes have similar issues. Overall, this release is the best way to watch Ranma 1/2 in Blu-ray quality.

Lol. If anyone wants that, shameless plugtime... I just released a x265 version based on this source (which is the best source out) that uses less than 1/10 of the size, while still having great quality, for Hi10. You can find it here: https://hi10anime.com/archives/38380 (and yes you need an account to bypass the screen you will see)
Would have been impossible without the amazing work done here, it really took a long for us to get the series fully done in BDs, many years ago I tried muxing the subs to the other BD boxes, but it was just a nightmare to sync everything, cant bless anyone that understakes such a project less, great work.
