@sameer it serves as a English SDH for Someone also as a descriptive over the voice dialog for someone who are not natively understand in English [Much better if there's a English CC for this].
Makes no sense since fansubs almost never match with the eng dub, so if you're watching the dub with fansubs it'll only confuse you more.
@SeaSmoke does not match, it still linked to dialog. it make sense this is dual audio simple problem, shift the audio in Jap Audio?
it is a unique use-case. CC would be better. i guess you can enjoy the action and voice for the most part and in sections where voice is incomprehensible, you have the assistance of the full subs. perhaps he is "I don't want to read anime." type.
@sameer yeah you got my point why I'm doing this
here's the reasons why I'm doing this
1st Some old HDTV's have a capable to select audio but in the sub there's no option [you're stuck up in current sub set in default]
2bd we're not using headset to watch an a Anime what in Big speaker's in some certain area speech are not clear [need a assisted sub]
3rd Sometimes are reading subs in kind of missed having English Audio are great include with sub.
4th this is dual audio if you don't like Eng dub you can shift Jap Audio
Yeah. No old HDTV is going to play this.

@Glordit on Samsung Smart TV Series 4 I think 2016 - 2017 is one of that HEVC [Format profile : Main 10@L5@Main] can play with latest update firmware, there's a audio selection, but there's option to sub
