Well no, all of alicization is season 3. But it's a 4 cour instead of 2 like s1/s2.
Breaking the seasons up by title seems to make sense.
Episodes 01-25 have the title SWORD ART ONLINE in the OP.
26-49 have the title SWORD ART ONLINE II.
50-73 have the title SWORD ART ONLINE: ALICIZATION.
And finally, 74-96 have the title SWORD ART ONLINE: ALICIZATION - WAR OF UNDERWORLD.
So you could break the seasons down by title, or you could treat any chunk of consecutive episodes as a season (in which case WoU would have 2 seasons).
Is this the last of the Alicization? I didn't read this arc in the LN.

"Alicization" started really interesting then went downhill towards the end.
"War of Underworld" is all garbage, start to finish.
