The command used for encoding is:
av1an -i filename -enc aom -v "--bit-depth=10 --cpu-used=5 --end-usage=q --cq-level=30 --frame-parallel=0 --row-mt=0" -a "-c:a libopus -b:a 96k"

I tried to make the encoding transparent while saving as much space as possible. I used 10bit because doing so remove blockiness in scene where there is a gradient(like sometimes the sky). For those who want the max quality, I can't see the difference between the source and the result even putting them side by side. The source was 39GB in total.
