Description

Untouched 1:1 .DAT letterboxed files straight from VCD. Has original intended color/contrast as in cels

This has no frame errors, which unfortunately are appearing on my encode and even youtube versions. Only merit of these files, than my encode are that there are no frame errors, otherwise it has lot of awful letterbox black pixels which eat lot of disk space.

If anyone is interested in trying to make an encode without frame error, here are basic settings to use
cropping settings: left, right 2 pixels each, top, bottom: 26 each
encode 1st file from 00:00:32 to 01:06:05
encode 2nd file from 00:00:02 to 01:03:53
Encoding Settings: ref=16:subme=10:trellis=2 , CRF=16

Here's a tip, rename the files by replacing. Dat extension with mpg in the filename.
