Decided to do a re-release of Elfen Lied since I saw that the majority of re-releases have the audio too compressed. Since I have no experience with editing and making subs, I gave up on trying to make it work perfectly. Originally wanted to do a re-encode of Nep_Blanc's release. Since I have no idea on how Moozzi2 managed to make the lines sharper and cleaner, and the colors more vibrant, I decided to go with their release instead. My guess is that they used a mix of sharpening and intra smoothing. If you have any advice feel free to comment.

Saw this on DVD and loved it. I doubt an HD would look much better.

But say, is this a Remaster or an Upscale?

Moozzi's encode had some pretty bad detail loss iirc and I don't think he fixed the edges either. I think the *best release for this was deanzel's but that's now dead on nyaa.

@Impakt I don't think this show ever got a remaster, just the standard upscaled BDs.
