It was all drawn like that.Since Studio Deen/Marvey Jack is working with TV Tokyo, they probably were required to do that. At least the second half of the season isn't censored much. There's more red blood in the second half.

Pretty much and wont likely fix it ever but i did hear a rumor that A-1 was going to fix those scenes like escanor vs mel fight but i dont know if its true.

Why would A-1 "fix" something they didn't work on? If anyone was to "fix" anything with this season... it'd entirely be on Deen to do so.
The blood is usually white when a Demon attacks a human, but if it's Demon on Demon, or Human on Demon (sometimes not always), then there is red blood. Just look at Fraudrin, all his blood was red. The studio is very picky when red blood is shown. The second half of the season, there is not as much censoring.
