It is strange to call this multisubs unless all sjgns are translated (I don't remember any) as there is only one verbal utterance in the entire series .

Why all the words are not the same in the different languages so many insoluble question

Unless the subs tracks are a "signs and songs" thing there is no subbing of this series . The verbal utterance in the final episode (woops - spoiler) does not require any subtitle to be understood .
