Is this the first time we've had the second half of S1 being made available in English without insane filesize and it ends up being a crappy mini encode? We need the middle ground to be filled

Just a small tip to anyone who feel like redoing what I did here but with better quality, the first half of the season have episodes in the English Dub which are mistimed when directly compared to the Japanese audio, or at least with the sources I've used (Funimation and HorribleSubs)
My eyes aren't that sensitive to quality, so call me blind, but personally, I'm satisfied with what I have here.
