@metalotaku - Find a raw that isn't eye cancer, and perhaps someone will.
@archivisth - The only raw I know is a digitalized VHS tape, and the same goes for Saint Elmo: Hikari no Raihousha (another Matsumoto work - https://anidb.net/a2413), which has even worse quality as a raw than Marine Snow. And a lot other has this kind of issue.
