The NCOP2 uses the same video as OPb instead of the video for STEP.

Is ep 15 fixed or do I have to run the fix file? If I have to run the fix, How? I try and it says something about bad path and shows something for a "D" drive, Which My PC doesn't have one. Heck, provide the correct .ass file and I can just mux it in myself, probably easier....
