Decided to do this since Urotsuki's encode is probably the best one for this show but it was only available on rutracker and without any English subs.
I sushi'd and resampled Seicher's subs to match the video, and restyled them to a better font.
Also muxed in the chapters from Seicher's release, added missing preview chapter markers and made minor adjustments to some other chapter timings.
