How do you get the subtitles from Crunchyroll? There are many older series from which i want to download the subtitles.

Anyone know whether CR's subs are better for this show than the messy fansubs release that's existed since before this?
Also a more specific question about CR's release, did they remove the Attack Names showing up in their own boxes or whatever when they happen (assuming that's still a thing in this show like in Xros), cos they removed those in their Xros release and it's honestly pretty lame lmao
