Heya Camp SP

Well, the bluray got released.
So why not a V2!

Used FumeiRaws coz it's lesser in size.

Fixed some mistakes and typos.
Has better typesetting than the previous release.
Got rid of the useless line breaks.

Edit - If you want the full series with external sub files, get DmonHiro's torrent. I am not uploading the sub file anymore.
