This seems to be a bad encode.

Example can be seen at 1:46 - there is an extremely noticeable warping on both character's eyes.
This can't really be shown on a screenshot, only on video.

I compared it to the same moment in [Erai-raws] release, and the warping effect is almost completely absent there.
