Notes: The US BD has a much higher bitrate compared to the JP BD. The subs from the US BD has some mainly minor changes, but the most major change is that "Morris" has been changed to "Maurice". If this isn't your first time watching this and prefer the old spelling then subs from Afro have been included (one typo has been fixed as well).

I've re-downloaded, tried different players and different devices to no avail. The video stream appears to be corrupted.
Jitter, smearing, the works.

Unfortunately I've got to agree with Aquario97; I also experienced bad artifacting and broken video from this file.

Please provide some screenshots if that's the case and check your player. I downloaded a fresh copy of this file and played it using MPC-HC using Lavfilters and madVR and it played fine without any errors or artifacting.
