Hello! How do i enable this while watching Hello World? The BD copy already has japanese subtitles.

There are Hard Sub and Soft Sub versions of the movie. If you have Hard Sub, unfortunately you can’t disable it.
If you have Soft Sub or the BD itself, then in (I think almost any) video player you have an option to add own subtitle. And also, renaming the subtitle file to the same name as the video usually automatically imports the subtitle!
