Hello, I got a recently got a new HP Envy 15 laptop, and I set it into safe mode. Using this link https://www.pcmag.com/how-to/how-to-start-windows-10-in-safe-mode (Instead of Minimal I check Network)

When I restart my laptop, I can't use my finger nor keyboard to login in, it said I need to create a new pin, and when I click on create a new pin it keeps saying I need to download an app, which I can't do so without login in... so I'm stuck. https://ibb.co/6Zvgwdh

So I hold Shift and restart my laptop, Troubleshoot, Command prompt, Skip the "enter the recovery keys to get going again" option, type in "BCDedit" then "bcdedit/ deletevaule {default} safeboot" , restart my laptop

I thought my problem will be solved when my laptop went from safe mode to the normal mode but nope it's still asking for a pin.
