Is the subtitle the same as the one provided by SpeedWarrior? If so, it needs fixing.

I guess so, the subtitles were provided with the following message:

Roughly shifted timing of subs to use with [HG-Raws] Yu-Gi-Oh! SEVENS - 01 (TX 1280x720 x264 AAC). Seems fine.

I hope that someone can fix it soon.

What about subtitling the ending?

Not available yet. This release is a joint effort, RedKaZero did the scripts, anon made the subtitles, and I packed it and uploaded it.
As of yet RedKaZero has only released the episode script and the OP script, he posted those yesterday. If you want to be kept posted for new script releases, you can check on Neo Ark Cradle (requires an account). For subtitles and release updates, check on 4chins

Commented out "squees"

I think "This Road" should be "His Road". Unless that is correct. Also, the background chatter isn't subbed.
