I find the English subtitles overly big (and bold also). All the other language subtitles appear more pleasantly sized/styled to me.
Other than that, many thanks for your great work! Both file size and quality are fantastic!
(I just saw, a player/local fonts issue may contribute: "[ass] fontselect: (Open Sans Semibold, 700, 0) -> /usr/local/share/fonts/DejaVuSans-Bold.ttf, 0, DejaVuSans-Bold" but I doubt this alone makes is that bad.)
