they did sub it, but their release has very big issues

Can you point me to even one of them.
Every existing release either has subpar subs or an encode with the wrong framerate.

[Okay-Raws] Hi Score Girl - 01v2 [B50BB18C].mkvfrom the raw batch to this release can be found here.You can opt to get subs for this anime in AT or other site and then, rename the sub's filename in every case to match the raws' filename or joint them with motbob's raws using MKVToolnix or another software...
