Why is this release almost twice as big as the 'Video Source' you mentioned?

Check the comparisons then you gonna understand the reason why, it's because of the deblocking and the conversion of the big squares into usefull grain, which is the reason of the file size increase.
It seems like some of the files are YUV444.
