Since the source is Rasetstu, the only difference MIGHT be in the overall video quality, and that there is no NCOP-NCED included. I've DLd several of Cleo's releases and been happy with the video quality myself.

Late to the party, but episode 8 shows both audio tracks as English, which threw me for a loop as a I watch with Plex with Japanese set as default, but the second English track is still the Japanese audio, just mislabeled.
