i noticed in previous releases the lips in the ending scene didn't match the audio like they do with the 24 FPS releases. why does that happen?

It'd be down to the specific raw, and could possibly be a studio/broadcast error, but if you know exactly which episode(s) and time(s) it is, that'd be nice to know. I'd noticed some weird lip-sync a couple of episodes ago, on I think the Ohys raw, but I just attributed it to being a studio mistake, as the episode seemed fine otherwise.
