The only 720p that exists are Japanese TV rips. All webrips are 480p.

Not many of the episodes have cut scenes anyway, more like 4 or 5 episodes I think. Turbo didn't have as many cuts compared to season 1 and Evolution. Ocean handled the voicework and video production the first two seasons, while BangZoom! did season 3. They did a fantastic job keeping the cut scenes and changes to a minimal. Later on in the season when the Slingshock Stadium was shown, Hasbro had BangZoom! promote the heck out of it. The prologue for those episodes were shortened so they could add in exclusive scenes (featuring the new stadium) made only for the English Dub. 15 seconds worth of extra footage anyway. However, that has been removed for my uncut version.

The Tubi version looks somewhat better, due to the colors. Either way, the Japanese 720p TVRip looks as though it's SD content upscaled to 720p.
