Saint Seiya - 03 [DVDRip 960x720 AC3] Dual Audio Netflix

I hate the heavy DNR smudgy HD upscale on Netflix & Blu-ray so I'm making a dual audio version on a DVD upscale I found that I consider the very best quality. The file size is very high but I personally don't care about that. I usually edit full size DVD & Blu-ray(before ADC shut down). Video encoding is not something I'm that familiar with, I'll leave that to the pros.
Unlike the Netflix version this DVD version has the eyecatches & episode previews which aren't subbed.

Japanese audio & English subs are set as default.
