The video is taken from the 30th Anniversary Edition of the Movie, encoded in x265 10-bit, and the additional Japanese Audio is taken from this torrent: https://nyaa.si/view/1180291, carefully synchronized with the English Audio.

Then this should be under English Translated, if it has th English dub. In other words, this is dual-audio, not raw.
