This is a re-encode of the 720p [Ohy-Raws] release (https://nyaa.si/view/1177888 ) with HARD English subtitles.

The subs started as an Arabic to English translation by Zen Khalil (www.reddit.com/user/feattzen). I (Padowu), Shinratensei1602 and Aalapshah12297 have heavily edited it to correct mistranslations, spelling, grammar, and the general flow of the English.

I decided to try my hand at encoding, and figure this should stop people from downloading that other torrent with the weird font which people complained about enough to get the original translator to stop translating even though he didn't even upload that torrent. The subs have evolved a LOT since then but apparently some people are still downloading that other torrent. So here is a hard-subbed file of similar size that includes "case" in the name. If people STILL keep downloading that other one I will lose faith in humanity.

At this point the translation is pretty passable. There might still be some minor timing and small mistranslations but overall I think this is better than other things currently out there, especially considering that this one pulls bits and pieces from those translations as well. This also translates the OP and some of the onscreen text.

A proper translation by someone who actually knows Japanese would be appreciated though, especially for the next 2 movies…

Why just didn't change it in the .ass, do a remux and upload again?

There is an Arabic Fan-sub. Someone who knows Arabic and English but not Japanese translated that Arabic Fan-sub to English. Their initial subs have been highly edited by random some people including myself who have used fluency of English, minor knowledge of Japanese, context, and tools like Google to arrive at what the subs currently are.
