The best quality I've seen. If only the audio was better, it being Toei I assume the broadcast sounded much cleaner.

I don't plan on doing the movies, I haven't even seen the anime much either. If I can find the movies online and like the anime when I watch it I will upload the movies most likely, though there are probably already movie releases on this site.

I'm not really interested in doing anime that aren't popular and don't already have good releases. I uploaded this because there are only DVD rips/remuxes online and the BDs should be in the public library.
If I find it some guess I can do an upload of more Discotek BDs though.

I think the closest anyone's come to finishing it is around 65% I plan to take over and help seed indefinitely.This is a classic treasure from my youth that started my love and obsession with Japanese culture and Anime I NEVER dreamed would see reality, and deserves to be shared. haha, it's honestly my duty. Private trackers horde all the good stuff so I'm more than happy to share that with the public.
Fist of the North Star is one of the old golden trio, JoJo, FotNS and Dragon Ball. And all of those (besides FotNS) have great anime releases so now it's time for the OG GOAT for everyone to enjoy!

My PC is out of commission for a few days. I'll be trying to sort it out but I can't make any promises. It may take upwards of a week depending on things. Your patience would be appreciated in the mean time I will get it back up and running as soon as I possibly can.

Finally finished it! Btw, did you mistakenly not rip the chapters out of the iso? Unless its meant this way.

How do these subs compare to the [Heart of Maddness] subs? I read on the Discotek forums the translations for this came from Toei themselves, meaning a Japanese production company handling English translations, which makes me nervous:

I still have [AnimeRG] Fist of the North Star [480p] [x265] [pseudo] from KAT back then. It's 9.6 GB. Was thinking of uploading it here. It's missing Part 2 though and I don't notice a difference of quality.

Not an encode, just a remux. An encode will be done when I become a good encoder.

If 109 episodes have been compressed to 9.6GB keep it to yourself, the world doesn't need that garbage.

Personally, I have not. I have a great interest in the series enough to do many small tests with the series such as colour correction and audio restoration as well as buying the Japanese bluray which noone selse seems to have bought. But I've never had the energy required to actually watch it.
