Made by using a DVL-H9 & Sony BDZ-X95 BD Recorder, then Waifu2x. (SD & HD are almost the same sizes)
Well, I've tested Waifu2x out on this rare Tenchi Muyo Picture Drama?
This is most likely the only copy of it on the web right now as I've never seen it riped before.
I made two copies of this LD, one at 480p and one at 1080p.. the funny part is that the raw 480p video is almost the same size as the Waifu2x 1080p. (Oops, I set it to 1050p by error... I may try to do it right another time but for now, it's just fixed to 4:3)

Sorry my bad, was unsure what category to use since all my other rips LD are music videos. The Google auto generated subtitles are not that great at all.
Once a subgroup can actually sub this properly I'll probably re-release it at proper 1080p

Translation aside, the torrent very much belongs under “English translated” whether the quality is crap or good. Your earlier categorization was fine. DmonHiro did not mean that you posted in wrong category.
@sameer, now that I think about DmonHiro may have been referring to the fact that I actually had it marked as having a English dialogue in it. I copy and pasted my last set up and forgot to remove that part.
