It should work with any raw that is not edited in some other way.

To use this, simply place them files in the same folder as the video files alongside them and they will auto-load as subs options in mpv as long as the filename is the same
Some of the subs are larger and some are smaller. I didn't edit that at all, so you will need to adjust the sizes of the subs at your discretion while watching

.mks file works exactly like a .ass file. Just place it alongside the identical name'd raw file.
it contains the fonts and subs info in a package and should auto load alongside it on mpv

The subs I used were straight from JaAm, but I wonder if the other one you posted has any changes or edits. I didn't realize that one was there.
Also the reason I didn't use .mks for GGG was because the subs were simple .ass with color info and no embedded fonts. I analysed them via MKVToolNix to see that. They required re-timing on every episode but it was the same discrepancy on every single one so not a big project like some of the others have been.

The so-called alternate for GGG Final is in fact derived from the same JaAm source as mine. I don't think retiming was necessary at all.

Do you have the BD subs for the series? would be nice to have them since Moozzi2 released the filtered version of that.

The subs for that are linked in here, where I remux'd AniDL and Moozzi2 for my convenience. The styles formats and chapters are better than the other options, but there are in fact about 5 small timing issues throughout the series you'll need to correct on-the-fly w/ subs delays options

That said, you're better off sticking with the original box as 'filter' just kills the authenticity
