There are 6 seeders, I think there's some sort of technical problem on your side.

I don't know what it is. I tried deleting and re-adding the torrent, but still no luck. I've also downloaded dozens of torrents from Nyaa the last two weeks (updating my anime collection) and a bunch of them were old ass, barely living torrents, with only 1 or 2 seeders (little known old OVAs only available on ancient sh*tty [Deadfish] releases, etc.), and this is the only one that won't download.
