People clearly miss the point of a BDMV

I mean...I could encode this, I have an i9 7900x which would make short work of this file, but by the time I wake up next morning, I'm pretty sure there will be several finished encodes with subs, so I don't really see the point. But w/e, guess I can leave it running overnight and see what happens.

True, but for people who want to play this movie on their TV via USB stick, a file like this is completely useless. Therefore encoding is needed to make it an mp4 or mkv file with the correct video and audio format that is compatible with the TV.

The BDMV are not made for little Kevin who wants to watch his episode of Black Clover :kappa:

i'd be pretty surprised if there were TVs that could play mkv files but not m2ts, but even if that were a problem, you could easily just remux it. no re-encoding is necessary.

I'm grateful for the video and I'm not complaining or anything but it will literally take me two days just to download this. Poor internet and me.

@4deezy Crafting the best memes takes time. Current speed is 1.87 fps. The entire movie is 168504 frames, so it'll take a while unfortunately. Should look better than most quick-jobs though, since I've at least bothered to filter it.
