is there any artificats? i assume you used a software like nlender or Adobe encoder to make it into 60FPS but doesn't it have some artifacts here and there? aalso how long did it take you to encode it and what program did you use.

As you can see, there are no relevant artifacts, this is a result of the accuracy of the script used to generate inter frames, which by the way is still quite fluid and accurate. Although it is HEVC, the visual quality is great because it has been used constant quantizer properly. For first step, MeGUI with "appropriate script" to generate 60FPS + x264 file (Quantizer: 14, Present: Ultra Fast, AVC Profile: High Profile, AVC Level: 6.2) = 26min (full cpu). For second step, Hybrid to generate the final format and visual specifications, NVEC codec uses gpu, h265 constant quantizer proper mode and other settings in the description information = 12min (full cpu and full gpu). Third step, mkvtoolnix to merge video, audio and subtitles, 46 min in total
