it's a lazy way to retime the subs if you don't care about doing a good job and just want something watchable

And here I thought it meant Sushi had been added to the TPP, so nations that withdrew from negotiations were no longer allowed to eat sushi. And here I was looking forward to Honda, Kawasaki and Suzuki from SUSHI POLICE coming to enforce this.
